With a partner perform,
200m sprint relay--one partner sprints 50m, partner two sprints and tags partner one, tag until 200m is complete. Each person will complete 200m of sprinting.
70 KBS (Rx+ 53/35, Rx 35/26) if KB is dropped there is a 5 burpee penalty.
200 m sprint relay
70 med ball sit-ups (Rx+ 20/14, Rx 14/12) if ball is dropped there is a 5 burpee penalty.

70 goblet squats (Rx+ 53/35, Rx 35/26) if bell is dropped there is a 5 burpee penalty.
