A: Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 2, AMRAP 30min:
“Dissecting Kelly”
400m Run
30 Box Jumps (R+24/20″, Rx20/16")
30 Wall Ball (R+20/14, Rx 16/12)
Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time. Thus, Partner A will run 400m, Partner B will perform 30 Box Jumps, Partner A will perform 30 Wall Ball, and Partner B will run 400m – and so on for 30min.
