In teams of 3 complete:
20 minute AMRAP
900m row relay
90 double unders (R+ DUs, Rx singles with 10 attempts)
90 handstand shoulder touches (R+ full handstand, Rx knees on box)
Rest 5 minutes, then individually:
B: Metcon (8 Rounds for reps)
Tabata Abmat Situps
(20s work, 10s rest for 4 minutes)
