Team members will alternate tasks, with only one member working at any one time. Thus, Partner A will run 400m, Partner B will perform 30 Box Jumps, Partner A will perform 30 Wall Ball, and Partner B will run 400m – and so on for 30min.
End of the Open potluck barbecue is Today (6:30-8:30 pm). We will keep it somewhat casual for the people that will be re-doing the workout over the weekend. All members’ friends and family are welcome. Please bring a dish to share.
