Chest: Mid to heavy weight

1. Bench press 5x5 at 80%

**Between each set perform 20 push-ups**

2. Bench close grip 5x8

3. DB Skull crushers 4x8

4. DB Floor press 5x8

Immediately into....

Superset: x10

10 DB pullovers

10 DB Hammer curls
