A: Metcon (AMRAP - Reps)

With a continuous running clock, perform the following:

0:00 – 1000m Run

5:00 – 50 Burpees

10:00 – 30 Strict Pull-Ups

15:00 – 50 Wall Balls (R+20/14 ,Rx16/12)

20:00 – 30 Box Jump Overs (R+24/20, Rx20/16)

25:00 – 800m Run

*perform each set of movements as fast as possible. If you finish early rest, if you don't finish move on to the next set of movements.
