Workout of the day

Happy new year boys and girls. We are happy to start yet another year of PR's, transformations, fun and amazing friendships. When we opened the doors a few years ago, we never though this gym will become what it is today.   Thank you for being part of our awesome family.

Happy New Year to all!  Thanks for a wonderful 2012; looking forward to an even better 2013!

Today we have ONE class only..  9:00 AM and open gym at 10:00 AM.

We have a new member at the gym...Tommy,  son of Stephanie Eden.   He, however, did not sign the required waiver.  We  are looking forward to see his pretty smile more often often,  Aunt Lisa says so.

We hope you had a Merry Christmas.   Today we have only one class at 9:00 am.   Open gym from 10:00 - 11:00.  Come have  fun.
