Workout of the day

Remember guys,  today we have just one class at 9:00 and open gym at 10:00..  enjoy the day.

Everyday is a gift, remember to give it your all...  you deserve to be the best you can be..   Wake  up to the fact that there will be a day when this new day, this gift will no come to you again.  But today, if you are reading this,  is not that day.   So today,  just today, give it your all.
