New To CrossFit

Our fundamentals classes introduce you to the major movements used, screen for pre-existing injuries, mobility or flexibility restrictions, assess your current fitness level and ensure proper technique and safety. Certified coaches walk you through the basics of each movement, offering knowledge and guidance every step of the way. We will introduce the basic barbell and gymnastic movements used. Whether seasoned athlete or fitness newbie, the HGX Fundamentals Program is a foundational piece to the overall programming and is required before entering into Group Classes.

Experienced Movers

Experienced movers are welcome to test into these classes directly. However, previous experience does not guarantee eligibility to regular HGX classes. You first need to be evaluated by a trainer, who will determine your preparedness or need for participation in a Fundamentals series to correct deficiencies. We invite you to try us for free – in a class of your choice. Please check out our schedule and send us an email letting us know which class you would like to join.

HGX Kids Fit

These class will focus on low-impact, functional movements, core strengthening, speed and agility exercises. Cardio workouts will be coupled with interval training to help develop coordination & strength. Mon, Wed 3:30-4:15pm & Sun 9:00-9:45am

These class will focus on functional movements, Olympic lifts, core strength, speed and agility. Tue, Thur 3:40-4:25pm & Sun 9:00-9:45am

The HGX Legends is a class for ages 65+ to improve their physical fitness, their ability to day-to-day activities more efficiently, and their ability to prevent disease. Tue & Thur 11-11:45am
