Collaborate with the Explosive Performance Site Director and team to develop your own training business and cultivate loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality, sport-specific training sessions using EP methods (TRX, Keiser Power, dynamic flexibility, acceleration, FMS, etc.).
• Perform Smart Start assessments, movement analysis, and personalized training sessions.
• Grow your client base through referrals, community events, and active engagement on the gym floor.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, training hours, and sessions, adhering to SOPs for billing and commissions.
• Represent Explosive Performance at special events and participate in team meetings.
• Follow all club policies, complete required training, and respond to member inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Nationally recognized personal training certification (required).
• Current CPR/AED certification and ongoing education credentials (required).
• Confident coaching abilities with excellent communication, sales, and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability with a commitment to delivering friendly, results-oriented service.
