Job Title: Research Associate – Pre-Clinical Research
Pay: $22.00– $36.00 per hour (based on level and experience)
Contract: Contract to hire, full-time

Description: The Research Associate supports pre-clinical research operations within the Large Animal team (primates and beagles). This role involves performing technical procedures, collecting data, and supporting toxicology and pharmacology studies while ensuring compliance with GLP standards. A strong interest in animal care and drug development science is essential.
Schedule/Shift: Training period (2–3 months): Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.Post-training: Tuesday–Saturday OR Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.Overtime, rotating holidays, and occasional weekend coverage are required.
Requirements: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in science preferred. Pre-clinical technical skills: blood collection, IV administration, injections.Animal research experience (internship, academic lab, or CRO) strongly preferred.Willingness to work overtime and adapt to shifting schedules.
