Local ABQ company is seeking a **Senior Accountant** to oversee accounts payable, cash management, and financial reporting for our service division. This role involves managing vendor relationships, credit card reconciliations, and short-term cash flow, as well as ensuring accurate job costing and compliance with state and federal requirements. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting or Business Administration (or 5+ years of equivalent experience), strong proficiency in Sage 300 and Microsoft Office, and excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. This is a full-time, exempt position based in **Albuquerque, NM**, reporting directly to the VP of Finance. 100% on site, Contract-to-Permanent opportunity!

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Sage 300 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Extensive experience with month-end close processes and general ledger maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of journal entries, account reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across departments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with job costing and regulatory compliance.
