The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. The Guest Service Associate is responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner and assisting guests with luggage, including delivery and pick up of guest luggage (where applicable) during arrival and departure. Essential functions include maintaining a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients; greeting guests; parking and retrieving vehicles cautiously; assisting guests with bell services and luggage storage; providing guests with directions, taxi, reservations, and other inquiries; explaining parking rates and retrieval procedures; issuing claim checks and collecting keys; completing and maintaining all ticket information; and calculating and collecting revenue when needed. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and one month of related experience or equivalent. Physical demands include the ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and work outdoors in various weather conditions. The job involves routine duties with specific directions and frequent checks, with travel up to 5% required.
