\n What’s a typical day as an Executive Recruiter? You’ll be:
\n- Recruiting, interviewing, and recommending placement of candidates for Director and VP level roles .
\n- Maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs.
\n- Consulting with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates and extending offers to selected candidates.
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business and have 7+ years of recruiting experience in staffing or corporate HR.
\n- Have experience with applicant tracking systems , sourcing techniques, and developing candidate databases.
\n- Possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to partner with managers and executives in their hiring process.
