The Media Director leads and evolves our media strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels for EWS. This role is responsible for developing and managing media plans that amplify our brand, drive consumer engagement, and support business growth across both B2C and B2B channels. This position oversees the planning, buying, execution, and measurement of media campaigns in partnership with internal stakeholders and agency partners. It is critical to ensure media investments are optimized and aligned with the company's marketing, product, and business objectives.

Physical Requirements
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The base pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ in USD per year is: $140,000 - $180,000. New York, NY in USD per year is: $160,000 - $200,000. Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
