Job Description

Our client, a dynamic organization, is seeking a Temporary Account Clerk to join their team. As a Temporary Account Clerk, you will be part of the finance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Temporary Account Clerk

Location: Marquette, MI

Pay Range: $15.85 per Hour

Shift: M-F 8AM-5PM with 1 hour lunch

What's the Job?

• Manage purchase requisitions, vendor payments, and assign purchase order numbers.
• Prepare and disseminate journal entries, monitor office supplies, and schedule department meetings.
• Prepare emails and reports using the appropriate software program.
• Assist with travel arrangements for management as needed.
• Oversee the ordering of office supplies.

What's Needed?

• Temporary full-time position, approximately 6-12+ weeks.
• High School Graduation or Equivalent.
• 3 years of office work with primary duties in accounting.
• Ability to effectively utilize software applications.
• Experience with prior financial management.
