Are you an energetic, highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, child-friendly environment? Our thriving pediatric dental office is looking for a dedicated Dental Business Assistant to join our fun, compassionate, and professional team!

What Youll Do:

• Greet and assist young patients and their families with a warm and welcoming attitude

• Manage front desk operations including scheduling, phone support, patient check-ins/outs, and insurance coordination

• Ensure smooth and efficient daily administrative flow of the office

• Communicate clearly and effectively with patients, parents, and team members

Requirements:

• Previous dental front office experience is REQUIRED
  
  
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

• Friendly, upbeat personality with a genuine love for children

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills

• Familiarity with Denticon dental software and insurance processes is a plus!
