️ Your Role
As a Water Restoration Technician, you'll be the frontline hero responding to water damage emergencies as well as other losses as they arise. Your responsibilities will include:
Damage Assessment: Evaluate affected areas to determine the extent of water damage.
Water Extraction & Drying: Utilize state-of-the-art equipment to remove water and thoroughly dry structures.
Demolition & Cleanup: Safely remove damaged materials and ensure the site is clean and ready for restoration.
Customer Communication: Maintain clear and compassionate communication with clients throughout the restoration process.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and project managers to deliver exceptional results.
✅ What We're Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in water restoration is preferred but not required—we provide comprehensive training.
Certifications: IICRC WRT/ASD certifications are a plus.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed. We pay time and half for after hours work.
Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
