Job Summary

The Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for executing company visual merchandising strategies and standards to enhance guest experiences. This includes product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing, managing merchandise changes, and delivering world-class guest service.

Core Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life.


2. Implement brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation.


3. Create visually appealing product displays to drive sales.


4. Perform VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal changes.


5. Engage with guests to assess needs and provide product education.


6. Provide feedback and training to team members on visual standards.


7. Support a respectful and inclusive team environment.

Job Requirements

Eligibility

• Legally authorized to work in the stores country.


• Reliable transportation for travel to the store.

Schedule/Availability

• Flexible scheduling based on store needs, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional early mornings or late nights.

Experience

• At least 1 year of retail or sales experience.


• Experience or education in visual merchandising, fashion, interior design, or related fields.

Preferred Assets

• High school diploma or higher; design-related training or degree.


• Experience in visual merchandising, inventory management, or project management.


• Food safety or liquor certification for food/beverage stores.

Work Environment

• Moving through the store, sometimes under bright lights and loud music.


• Team-based and independent work, involving physical tasks like moving fixtures and mannequins up to 30 lbs, and using ladders.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay: $21.00 - $24.16/hour, plus target bonus of $2.00/hour, totaling $23.00 - $26.16/hour. Includes health benefits, paid time off, retirement plans, discounts, fitness classes, and development programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility and company policy changes.
