It’s the sweetest time of year again here at Krispy Kreme! Our 10-week internship (May 27th – August 1st) is designed for students looking to make full use of their talents through a hands-on work experience. During your internship, you will tackle meaningful projects that leave a lasting impact on our organization. This paid internship is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to unleash their creativity, work in an amazing hybrid-friendly office in South End Charlotte, and learn from the Most Loved Sweet Treat Brand. You’ll also get the chance to contribute to a sweet group project where you’ll create your very own limited time offer collection!

The Learning & Development Videographer Intern is an entry level role and works closely with our L&D Videographer and Instructional Designers to create and enhance learning experiences through video and photography. The Intern is a highly creative and detail-oriented person responsible for planning, setting up, filming, and editing training and communication videos that are fun, engaging, and consistent with Krispy Kreme culture and values.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Work with our videographer to create videos for leadership development and onboarding.
• Film video in office and on location, including within doughnut shops and factories.
• Work with instructional designers, and other departments to plan and execute video shoots.
• Copywrite video scripts for training and informational videos
• Set up and taking down equipment
• Shoot video following a script or shot list
• Edit video, including audio, correcting lighting, etc.
• Handle the review process

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

• Pursuing or recently completed a bachelors’ or master’s degree in Video Production, Film, Communications, or similar area
• Eagerness to learn
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud Applications, specifically Premiere Pro and Photoshop
• Physical ability to setup and hold recording equipment for long periods
• A fresh and creative point of view with an excellent eye for detail to produce artistic, fun, and engaging video that helps to train new concepts or communicate ideas
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with internal clients and members of the production team
• Ability to efficiently work in a hybrid (remote and in-office) environment.
