Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to help shape the future of our product experiences. In this mid-level role, you'll play a key part in translating strategic goals into intuitive, visually compelling designs that elevate our web-based products and tools. Working closely with product owners and cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to the entire design lifecycle-from concept through execution-ensuring a seamless, user-centered experience.
The ideal candidate will be a strong visual communicator with an eye for detail, a user-first mindset, and the ability to turn strategic conversations into tangible design solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Translate business goals and user needs into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
- Design clear, consistent UI/UX for web-based products and tools
- Partner with product owners and leadership to understand objectives and align on visual strategy
- Collaborate with remote graphic design resources to ensure brand consistency and quality
- Ensure all designs follow usability and accessibility best practices
- Provide input on product direction and continuously seek opportunities to improve user experience
- Participate in planning meetings and contribute to creative discussions around functionality and design
Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in a product-driven or SaaS environment
- Proficient in Figma for design and prototyping
- Strong communication skills and ability to present and iterate on ideas based on feedback
- Experience designing responsive and accessible interfaces
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
- Experience with fintech products or financial platforms is a strong plus
Work Environment This is a full-time, in-office role based in our Baltimore HQ. Candidates must be able to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams in person.
Compensation Annual Salary: Up to $150,000
