Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional sport-specific training sessions utilizing Explosive Performance techniques such as TRX, Keiser Power, dynamic flexibility, acceleration, and FMS.
• Conduct Smart Start assessments and movement analyses, as well as individual training sessions tailored to client needs.
• Grow your personal training business through referrals, community events, and proactive engagement on the training floor.
• Accurately track leads, logged hours, and personal training sessions while adhering to standard operating procedures for billing and commissions.
• Represent Explosive Performance at special events and contribute to team meetings.
• Maintain club policies, fulfill necessary training requirements, and respond to member inquiries with professionalism and care.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a nationally recognized personal training certification (mandatory).
• Current CPR/AED certification and ongoing education credentials (mandatory).
• A confident coach with exceptional communication, sales, and organizational abilities.
• Flexible availability and a commitment to providing friendly, results-oriented service.
