Position Overview

Enterprise Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Data Management (PDM) solutions have long been a strength of TE Connectivity.  The Digital Engineering Solutions (DES) organization is focused on understanding how our businesses design, manufacture and introduce new products throughout the product lifecycle. Typical process areas they concentrate on include Portfolio and Program Management, Part/BOM/CAD Data Management, Engineering Change Management, Component and Supplier Management and Product/Regulatory Compliance.

Digital Engineering Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Entry-Level software developer.  This role position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with some professional experience who are eager to grow their careers in software development and product lifecycle management. This role also offers the opportunity to explore different career paths within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field
  • Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Motivation for continued learning and professional development.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to gather and analyze information effectively.
  • Open to accepting guidance and feedback from mentors and colleagues.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with database management systems (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL).

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $58,800 – $88,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
