Equiliem is seeking a Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a job in Rockville Center, New York.

• Schedule: Full time: Monday-Friday: 40 hours
  Hours: 8hours shifts, average: 9:00-5:30 pm, this may vary according to agreed shift.
• Interview Process: 1-2 interviews. Preferably in person; if virtual, a second in-person interview will be required
• Special Training/Certifications/Licensing Required:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York.

Candidate requirements :
- Licensed in NY
- Bilingual is a plus (Spanish-English), as it helps us serve our diverse community
- Experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Able to perform some of the doctor's duties in case of necessity (e.g., clinical interviews). Training and education will be offered, both personalized and in groups, along with supervisions.

Candidate duties :
- Able to perform some of the doctor's duties; however, follow-up treatments will be the main activity.
- Work effectively with doctors and the rest of the staff as a team, with good communication and flexibility.
- Most work will be performed at the RC clinic; however, satellite offices may require the candidate's assistance occasionally.
- Submit notes, bills, and required documentation on time; our work is time-sensitive.
- Communicate with patients and/or parents appropriately, with guidance and professionalism. 

**Compensation:**\n - Depends on experience, starting at $100K\n- Via payroll system, every other week, direct deposit, cut day: Tuesday evening.\n\nBenefits & Perks: Health insurance stipend (they cover part of the employee's health insurance costs), paid holidays, paid time off for vacation and sick days (benefits start after the 120-day probation period).
