Skilled Warehouse Associates for a busy distribution and production facility. This is a

We are seeking
hands-on, detail-oriented, and dependable candidates with strong warehouse experience, accurate picking/packing skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities As a Skilled Warehouse Associate, your duties will include:
- Picking and packing products safely and accurately.
- Performing quality checks on orders before shipment.
- Using RF scanners to log items, track inventory, and confirm orders.
- Assisting with stocking, restocking, and general warehouse organization.
- Lifting and moving products up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Staging, labeling, and preparing items for shipment.
- Operating pallet jacks or forklifts (experience preferred but not required).
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Demonstrating consistent reliability and strong work ethic daily.
Requirements - Previous warehouse experience required .
- Proven tenure and reliability in past work history (employment verification required).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently .
- Experience using RF scanners or basic warehouse technology preferred.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical labor.
- Team-oriented, dependable, and safety-focused.
Skills & Qualifications - Warehouse picking/packing knowledge.
- Quality control and order accuracy.
- Basic computer & scanner proficiency.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Willingness to cross-train in multiple warehouse areas.
Shifts & Hours - 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- Monday-Friday (overtime may be required based on workload).
Pay & Benefits - $15.00 per hour
