Senior Construction Supervisor (Electrician) Our company provides electrical services in residential renovation, commercial building reinstatement, industrial factories, and construction sites. Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Able to reply to messages and answer calls after work and on days off.) Salary Range: $3,000 to $5,000 (Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.) Job Requirements: At least 5 years of electrical work experience in housing renovation or on construction sites. Valid Singapore Driving License (Class 3, 3C). Good knowledge of cable sizing, local electrical codes, and electrical load calculations. Strong understanding of workplace safety, especially electrical hazards and safety protocols. Familiarity with housing renovation procedures. Experience in electrical shutdown procedures and SP Services testing. Good project management and site coordination skills. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate closely with homeowners or interior designers, providing expertise and supervision to the project team. Attend all site meetings and inspections as assigned by the project director. Conduct site marking before work commencement. Arrange joint site meetings with LEW for all electrical activities prior to work. Provide solutions and advice to technicians troubleshooting electrical faults and trips. Develop work plans to ensure project goals are met within the set time frame and budget. Plan, organize, and schedule project workflows and technician schedules. Maintain daily contact with clients regarding electrical matters, managing requests and building relationships. Ensure all work complies with safety procedures and LEW requirements. Review and update project schedules and progress reports. Monitor site progress with the project coordinator and invoicing admin to ensure billing accuracy. Assist with project handover checklists with homeowners or interior designers if necessary. Participate in final inspections of the work.
