Agility Partners is seeking a qualified IAM Analyst - Expert to fill an open position with one of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the execution of Separation of Duties (SoD) controls and contribute to the maturity of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes within a highly regulated environment. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of risk, security frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be a key player in supporting enterprise IAM initiatives and ensuring compliance with the NIST framework.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Separation of Duties (SoD) standards, controls, and procedures.
• Work alongside program management to deliver IAM-related projects and key deliverables.
• Collaborate with risk, application, and infrastructure teams to identify and maintain SoD controls.
• Drive process maturity within IAM functions across the organization.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience in Information Security or a cross-functional department.
• 4+ years of experience gathering requirements and delivering successful outcomes.
• 4+ years executing IAM controls and processes.
• Knowledge and application of the NIST framework.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or Information Security is a plus.
• Experience in banking, risk management, or audit environments.
