Baer is looking for an SAP EWM Functional Analyst for a 12+ month Federal project located in St. Louis, MO.

Title: SAP EWM Functional Analyst

Location: Hybrid - St. Louis, MO (Local candidate or willing to travel weekly)

Duration: 12 months

Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Support inventory management between classified and non-classified environments
• Assist in the deployment and rollout of SAP EWM solutions
• Author functional specifications for custom developments
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during SIT, UAT, and post-go-live support
• Provide subject matter expertise to business users during UAT and production support
• Create and present user guides for Integrated and Stand-alone Business Processes
• Lead cutover planning and execution for EWM
• Manage EWM migration activities from legacy systems

Requirements:

• Extensive greenfield design experience with SAP EWM on S/4HANA
• Hands-on experience with key warehouse processes, including:
• Goods Receipt (PO, Return to Vendor, Subcontracting)
• Stock Transport Orders and Inter-plant transfers
• Sales Order Deliveries, Goods Issues, and Customer Returns
• Production Order Kitting and Goods Movement (GI/GR using PMR)
• Transfer postings (between Storage Location, Batch, and WBS)
• Availability checks and batch determination
• Inbound/Outbound form configuration and usage
• Serial number tracking using Equipment Master
• Integration experience with:
• External warehouse systems (3PLs) via Inventory Management in SAP
• Shipping and Transportation
• Global Trade Services (GTS)
• Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) for hazardous goods
• MES systems for production-related goods movement
• Experience in testing and validating custom enhancements
