Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring for a Temporary Remote Administrative Assistant in Waller, TX 77484.

Pay:

$19.00 an hour. We pay weekly.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. | Weekends may be required.
**This position is temporary**

Job Duties:

• Ensure smooth implementation of processes in place
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries: From customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files: Related to warehouse operations
• Prepare shipping and receiving documentation: Including packing lists and invoices
• Assist in planning and organizing inventory counts and audits
• Collaborate with the warehouse team: Participate in day-to-day warehouse activities

Job Requirements:

• Must have strong clerical skills.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
