Summary:
The Staff Accountant is responsible for managing rebate programs for assigned suppliers, ensuring all entries, calculations, and reports are accurate and up to date. This role involves analyzing variances, maintaining detailed reconciliations, and collaborating with internal teams. Strong organization, analytical skills, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, calculate, and report supplier rebates accurately.
• Review contracts and ensure proper accruals and payouts.
• Perform monthly and year-end reconciliations of supplier and customer rebate accounts.
• Analyze sales reports to estimate year-end incentives.
• Code payments and track outstanding receivables.
• Collaborate with team and assist with reporting and special projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred)
• Proficient in Excel - Sum/ifs and V Look up
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Detail-oriented and analytical
