Seeking an experienced construction security officer for a part-time opening.

Phx downtown construction location.

Must have an AZ guard card.

Looking for a part-time security officer for every Thur and Friday nights from 1030pm to 530am. 7 hour shifts- nights.
NOTE- some days you may be sent home early- if the crew comes in early. Must be flexible.  

Must be flexible. Busy downtown location- free parking included.

May have opportunities to pick up extra nights, work holidays too.

This is for security for a part-time night shift at a construction site. We are looking for security officers that have experience in working security on a construction site. Must know safety and OSHA standards for working at a construction site. This is an outside only post in the downtown PHX area.

Site is in the downtown PHX area- city center area.

Some of the duties included but not all.
Using silvertrac for DARs
Patrol the fenced areas.
Working outside on your shift.
Check all gates and fence lines.
Do not let anyone on site overnight.
Watch for fires or other emergencies.
Firewatch. every 3-4 hours.
Report all pipe leaks, issues as needed.
Keep vagrants/homeless people off site and away from the construction areas and their closed sidewalk and office areas.
Watch for theft, vandals, unauthorized people.
Be able to use silvertrac for reporting hourly and incident reports.
Patrolling and checking 2-3 areas an hour on silvertrac.
Work mostly alone or the whole shift without supervision.
Call 911 as needed or call police, fire or ambulance.
watching for fence jumpers or and keeping people off the crane
Answer the site phone as calls may come in overnight.
Be detailed, aware, and alert at all times.
Walking for patrols every hour, walking up and down stairs.

What to know-
Be able to walk stairs, up and down a few times a shift.
Must be able to work alone and handle homeless persons with respect and care. 
17 floor building. Stairs only.
Must be in good physical shape/ fit.
walking, foot patrols, walking stairs.
Work alone over nights.
Must wear hardhat, safety vest at all times while on site on duty.
Port-o-Johns on site only.

Must have a current AZ guard card.
Full training and safety gear provided all provided.
