A respected and growing General Contractor specializing in federal and military construction is seeking an experienced Federal Project Manager to join their team. This is a traveling position that offers nationwide project experience, a competitive per diem and travel package , and the backing of a company known for integrity, consistency, and long-term success.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of federal construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  
  
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure project delivery meets contract requirements.
  
  
• Ensure full compliance with USACE/NAVFAC standards and federal contract specifications.
  
  
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Safety, and Field Operations to maintain project excellence.
  
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Contracting Officers, CORs, and government representatives.
  
  
• Lead project meetings, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues that impact scope, cost, or schedule.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in federal or military construction.
  
  
• Strong understanding of USACE/NAVFAC standards and the three-phase inspection process.
  
  
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects from start to finish.
  
  
• CQM-C (Construction Quality Management for Contractors) certification preferred.
  
  
• OSHA 30 required or ability to obtain.
  
  
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
