Salary: $95,000 - $120,000
Under the general guidance of the Regional Plant Director, the Plant General Manager will lead a team of people to drive operational strategies that align with the companys culture and long-term goals to exceed our customers expectations. This individual provides direct oversight to an assigned plant. Ensures the location meet or exceed environmental health and safety, regulatory compliance, production, and waste management goals within their region. Utilizing their strong leadership skills, the Plant General Manager will ensure the operations team and support staff properly handle and treat all waste streams in compliance with Clean Earths policy and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Performs other related duties and/or project work as required or requested.
