Job Summary
We are seeking a Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team! We are an outpatient radiation oncology practice with two offices, one in Enfield and the other in Manchester. As a per diem Medical Administrative Assistant, you will provide routine support alongside nurses and medical staff as well as providing administrative support. This role encompasses many aspects of patient care from medical history taking to obtaining vital signs and other tests, in support of the medical staff. It also includes many clerical duties such as obtaining outside records, scheduling appointments and answering and triaging office phones. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, an interest in learning more about a working medical environment, and has previous office experience. This position will include coverage at both our Manchester and Enfield locations.
