G2 Secure Staff is expanding and looking to add to the Passenger Service Ramp Supervisor operations at Worchester Regional Airport (ORH) .

Position: Passenger Service Ramp Supervisor

Pay Rate: $19.00-$19.00 hourly

Shift: Vary

The Passenger Service Ramp Supervisor is responsible for directly supervising an assigned team of agents. The supervisor will ensure that daily productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met.

What does a Ramp Supervisor do?

  • Oversee day-to-day activities of specific shift operations, including employee group
  • Maintain accuracy of timekeeping
  • Ensure implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS)
  • Implement a safety plan for the station
  • Maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues relating to performance and safety, providing suitable corrective and preventative actions where necessary
  • Manage workload
  • Properly utilize company and client vehicles and equipment
  • Report all discrepancies to the Account Manager and or General Manager

What skills are required to Join the Team?

  • Must have at least one (1) year of supervisor experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • MUST have experience working in the aviation industry with Ramp and Customer service experience. (REQUIRED)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, and data entry skills
  • Flexibility, multitasking, and experience working in a changing environment
  • Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check
  • Must meet all requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable), including successfully completing a background check and ten-year work history.
  • Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation
  • All applicants must consent to and pass a drug test as part of a conditional job offer. - REQUIRED

Language Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and employee handbooks
  • Ability to effectively present information, including in written form, and respond to questions from passengers, managers, clients, customers, and the public
  • Must also possess and utilize effective listening skills
