Join to apply for the Part-time and Freelance Web Developer role at Spark Creative Group . Job Description Advertising and brand development agency seeks web developers to work on various website projects. We are looking for individuals that excel at pre-visualizing with designers and desire to go beyond expectations in creating solutions to fuel our clients' businesses. Most projects are small to midsize websites that range from brochureware to larger content-managed systems. This position interacts with account managers and designers to produce: Needs assessments and final functional specifications Pixel-perfect mock-ups and wireframes Functional notes and visuals for client presentations Final coded sites We expect our developers to guide and contribute throughout the development and provide feedback and suggestions. Overall, we are looking for responsible, self-starters to enhance our agency and keep both trends and best practices at the forefront of our work. Experience: Candidates should possess experience with the following items: Theme implementations and ground-up designs for Wordpress and Drupal environments, including site and module configurations. JS, PHP, CSS, jQuery, ReactJS, Vanilla JS, ECMAScript Host configuration and troubleshooting Debugging Server configurations and migrations Email configuration management Google Maps and Geo APIs Application development Responsive and pixel-perfect layouts Website maintenance including the review, scheduling, and completion of security, module and plug-in updates Design change orders Social media network integration Documentation and legacy code review Some experience with Linux, Docker, DevOps (including, but not limited to AWS, Docker), Python, SQL (both MySQL & Postgres), Django Compensation: Pay is hourly by assignment or flat project fee based on a Scope of Work and estimated hours for completion.
