Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule Options:

• Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Tuesday - Saturday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

As we expand, we are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our warehouse team as Order Selectors . This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor as we transition to a new, modern facility in Middletown, PA.

Job Summary:

As an Order Selector, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, stacking, and preparing grocery products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is critical in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled correctly and delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and assemble orders using a voice-pick or pick-sheet system
• Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment safely
• Ensure products are stacked properly and wrapped securely for transport
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Work in refrigerated and/or dry warehouse environments as needed
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards on a consistent basis

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or order selecting experience preferred, but not required - we're willing to train the right candidates
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for the majority of the shift
• Comfortable working in varying temperature zones (refrigerated, frozen, ambient)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Dependable with a solid work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to relocate commute to Middletown, PA when the facility moves (end of year 2025)
