Job Description

Rimports is currently seeking an individual for the role of an Order Puller who is Forklift Certified at our Spanish Fork, Utah location. Schedule Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm.

The Order Puller is responsible for pulling orders and preparing pallets to be shipped out of the warehouse. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure shipping is as efficient and safe as possible.

This fulfillment role will report to the Warehouse Supervisors/Manager.

Essential Functions:

• Pulls orders quickly & accurately
• Wraps pallets
• Assists in loading/unloading shipments as necessary
• Verifies shipment paperwork is complete & accurate
• Communicates with the shipping team any information that is vital to ensuring accuracy & efficiency
• Learns & is aware of proper clean up procedures for spills
• Learns & is aware of precautions needed when dealing with chemicals used in the production warehouse
• Must certify in-house to operate forklifts & walkie ridies competently
• Lifts up to 50 pounds, lifting 30 pounds regularly
• Standing, bending, twisting, pushing & pulling repeatedly throughout a work shift
• Physically able to actively participate in a fast-paced shipping environment daily
• Keep work areas clean & uncluttered
• Report all safety concerns to Manager immediately
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by Manager

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Program knowledge):

• 2 years pulling/picking experience
• Forklift Certified
• High school graduate or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications (if applicable):

• Familiarity with ShipStation/ShipWorks

Additional Eligibility Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass a pre-employment drug test & background check.

Pay: $16.00/hour

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time/non-exempt/onsite. Work four 10-hr shifts 6am-4:30pm M-Th.


Work Environme nt:

This position is performed inside.Cut resistant gloves must be worn when using razor knives or blades

• Fingernail length must be kept cut to the tip of the finger
• Closed-toe & slip-resistant shoes are required

• Lift up to 50 pounds, lifting 30 pounds regularly

• Must be able to grip, grasp, clench hands & twist wrists for long periods of time without difficulty or restriction
• Must be able to stand, bend, twist & move around for long periods of time without difficulty or restriction; Use proper lifting techniques when bending, lifting or pushing
• Be cautious of vehicles & people moving throughout work area
• Must have a high tolerance to smells/odors
