Location:

• On-site in Charlotte NC

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-air host and sideline reporter for team broadcasts, events, and digital content
• Act as the in-house reporter and media personality featured across social, web, and streaming channels
• Collaborate with content, social media, and production teams to create fan-focused storytelling
• Represent the organization at events, on the road, and in live coverage opportunities throughout the season

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an on-air reporter or host, with strong camera presence and interviewing skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for football, with past experience covering the sport
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with frequent travel required
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with both players and fans
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and game days as needed
