We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Helper to assist our in-house mechanics and help keep our fleet in top condition. This is an entry-level position that plays a key role in supporting repairs, upkeep, and cleanliness of company trucks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist mechanics with basic tasks, tools, and shop organization.
• Perform routine cleaning of trucks inside and out (washing, vacuuming, detailing).
• Help with shop upkeep and cleanliness.
• Support preventative maintenance by checking fluids, tires, and other simple inspections.
• Pick up and organize parts or supplies as directed.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, safe work area.
  
   

Qualifications:

• No prior mechanic experience required; willingness to learn is a must.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Comfortable with physical work, including cleaning and basic vehicle care.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
