Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: South Boston, MA

Pay Range: $20 Morning Shift- $21.50 Night Shift

Shift: 6:00am to 6:30pm and 6:00pm to 6:00am / 4 days work and 3 days off 

What's the Job?

• Operate or tend machines to prepare industrial or consumer products for storage or shipment.
• Ensure quality control by monitoring the production process and making adjustments as necessary.
• Pack products efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates. English is a Must
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
