Responsibilities - Finance Manager:

• Present finance and insurance products clearly and professionally to every customer
• Structure deals for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to secure competitive financing options
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner
• Partner with the sales team to maximize product penetration, including warranties, service contracts, GAP, and protection plans
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

• Proven track record as an Automotive Finance Manager, F&I Manager, or Sales Manager in a franchised dealership
• Experience with high-line / luxury brands preferred but not required
• Knowledge of leasing, special finance programs, and lender compliance requirements
• Ability to maximize PVR (Per Vehicle Retail) and product penetration rates
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Valid drivers license & insurance with clean driving record
