Litigation Associate Attorney | High-Profile Clients in Sports & Entertainment | Up to $400k | LA/OC – Hybrid/Remote

An elite litigation team is seeking a talented Litigation Associate Attorney to join their dynamic practice. Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a diverse caseload from initial intake through trial and appeal.
• Draft compelling pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct and defend depositions; argue motions in court; negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop strategic litigation approaches.
• Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to team success in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Need:

• 3–8 years of solid litigation experience, preferably in commercial or complex tort matters.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to grow a book of business.
• California bar admission required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary up to $400k , depending on experience.
• Performance bonuses.

• Minimum billable target: 1850 hours.
