We are looking for hardworking, dedicated and experienced property and casualty insurance sales representatives in our local independent insurance office. Our office is located in Swarthmore, PA next to the famous Players Club and Swarthmore Pizza. SLH Insurance Agency has the most competitive carriers in PA, we are part of the #1 insurance group, SIAA.

Responsibilities

• Sell personal lines and commercial insurance products while providing extraordinary customer service.
• Educate clients on auto, home, renter's, boat, and motorcycle insurance.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• MUST be PROPERTY AND CASUALTY licensed.
• Up to 75% of your day may be on the phone, a high-energy personality, and a love of collaborating with people is necessary.
• Confident initiative-taker who works well independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication/people skills
• Strong computer skills to learn and work within multiple quoting systems (must be able to type at least 80 words per minute)
• Maintain a positive and initiative-taking attitude.
