Are you passionate about beauty and ready to elevate your craft? We’re looking for skilled stylists to join our prestigious salon, which exclusively uses Davines products.
Location: Coconut Grove, FL 33133
Job Type: Full-time
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Social Security Card
- Proficient in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor
- Strong multitasking and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent verbal communication
- Positive attitude in challenging situations
- Team-oriented, even when working independently
- Outstanding customer service skills
Duties:
- Perform cutting, styling, coloring, and highlighting services
- Educate clients about salon offerings
- Pre-book future appointments for clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Clean tools and equipment after use
- Provide exceptional shampoo experiences
- Arrive on time and maintain punctuality throughout services
- Complete services within allotted time frames
- Assist with marketing and public relations initiatives
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of products and services
- Educate clients on home care maintenance
- Address client questions and concerns professionally
Experience:
- 2 years behind the chair
