Ideal candidates can be recent graduates or individuals with early career experience who are eager to grow into a full Salesforce development role. What You’ll Do Start within the Operations team, handling smaller break‑fix work while getting familiar with the Market Point 360 application. After approximately 3 months, transition to the Development team, beginning with smaller admin‑leaning tasks and gradually taking on more complex customizations. Support upcoming product releases and contribute to ongoing platform enhancements. Work alongside a designated mentor to support your onboarding, learning path, and long‑term success. Collaborate cross‑functionally with architects, leadership, and CRM team members. Help ensure the application leverages AI responsibly using Google AI integrations (no model‑building required).
