We view our winning culture as a competitive advantage that powers our growth.## **General information**A person hired as a **Field Marketing Executive for Accessories, Hand Tools, and Storage Systems** will be responsible for promoting the Milwaukee brand among our trade partners by demonstrating products, participating in trade shows, and conducting training sessions, with a focus on the Romanian market.We are seeking a candidate located in the following regions of Romania: **Cluj, Mureș, or Bistrița-Năsăud**. The selected candidate will be responsible for **managing operations within the Northern region of Romania**.**Main duties:*** Demonstrate the range of tools, accessories, and storage systems to end users and distribution partners across the construction, industrial, and technical sectors* Educate end users and distribution partners on the performance advantages and safe use of Milwaukee products* Execute merchandising activities to ensure optimal product visibility and brand presence in retail and distribution environments* Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events* Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Line Manager from time to time to time**Required experiences and skills:*** Students or graduates of technical fields such as Automotive, Construction, or related disciplines* Practically minded with strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge* Determination to build a long-term career within a forward-thinking business* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally* Strong planning and time management abilities* Outgoing and personable, able to thrive as part of a fast-moving and growing team* Self-motivated with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities* Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required, including occasional weekends (agreed in advance)* English level: B2/C1* Clean Category B driving licence**We offer:*** Necessary job tools (laptop, phone, demo tools)* **Company VAN provided, with the option for private use*** Task-based working time, high level of self-reliance and liability* International work environment* Possible continuous product trainings under European Graduate Leadership Programme* Lunch tickets* Private Healthcare* 25 days of holidays#Milwaukee-Poland#LI-REMOTE#LI-PŚ1At TTI, we are committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
