We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team as a Junior Designer. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Designer and Marketing team to create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials, including print and digital media. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from branding and advertising to website design and social media graphics.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Senior Designer and Marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
- Create high-quality, visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website assets
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the company's message and values
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Present design concepts to the team and incorporate feedback to refine designs
- Work with external vendors and printers to ensure quality and timely delivery of print materials
- Assist with other design tasks as needed, such as photo editing and creating mock-ups
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work
- Excellent eye for detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation
- Experience with web design and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
