Golf Caddie
River Oaks Country Club | Houston, TX | Full Time and Part Time

CADDIE MASTER is hiring for a full-time and part-time Golf Caddie in Houston, TX.

We're engaging Golf Caddies for River Oaks Country Club, – located in the historic River Oaks neighborhood in Downtown Houston.

Join our team as a Golf Caddie and work along the Buffalo Bayou while taking in some of the best views of the Houston skyline. As a Golf Caddie, you will support us in delivering exceptional and memorable experiences, fostering camaraderie, and ensuring seamless course management.

Ideal candidates have flexible schedules with availability to work full days, including weekends, as needed. Depending on your availability, caddies can make up $600- $800+ per week.

Our Golf Caddies…

• Cheerfully engage with Golfers and club visitors, delivering first-class customer service
• Accompany Golfers throughout the length of the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each
• Provide course knowledge and information
• Assist golfers with decision-making
• Calculate yardage for golfers
• Locate errant shots
• Maintain the course
• Clean clubs and golf balls

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Have general golf knowledge, meaning you could play or prompt another golfer. Professional golf experience/expertise is not required.
• Be outgoing and have a customer-first personality.
• Be physically capable of carrying two bags that can weigh up to 35 pounds each while walking the length of the golf course multiple times a day.
• Candidates may also be considered if they have previous experience in: Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, Other Outdoor or Recreational Roles.

About River Oaks Country Club:
Founded in 1923 and designed by Donald Ross, River Oaks Country Club has played host to PGA Tour events such as the Western Open and Houston Open. The course was redesigned in 2015 by Tom Fazio, which added a new short game practice area, par 3 course, and a state-of-the-art teaching center. River Oaks CC is a “true” family focused facility, boasting large, golf, tennis, swimming and fitness programs.
