We treat our employees like family! Job Skills Required: Manages day-to-day operations. Oversees scheduling needs and ensuring time is clocked accurately using an application to manage this. Utilize skills and knowledge from previous cleaning and detailing experience. Perform cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively. Maintain high productivity. Assist in training and guiding cleaning staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and operational managers. Handle and operate cleaning equipment and supplies. Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages. Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed. Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Three years of experience in janitorial cleaning in a community work setting Must pass extensive background check Have reasonable driving record and reliable transportation Must provide three strong references to support successful experience DEPENDABLE, honest, hardworking, and punctual Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment caring for customers and having pride for a job well done.
